New Affordable Housing in Harper Woods
Robertson Brothers Homes and Renovare Development have formed a partnership to redevelop the former Poupard Elementary School in Harper Woods Michigan into the new Fraser Square community.
The project includes 71 for-sale homes including duplexes and townhomes. The site will include a stormwater management area and neighborhood greenspace.
100% of the units will be dedicated to individuals and families below 120% of Area Median Income. Sales prices start at $235,900. Oakland Housing is working with Robertson Brothers Homes and Renovare Development to provide the AGAP second mortgage for eligible buyers.
