AGAP Pre-Closing Survey – Superior National Bank

At the time of conditional approval, the originating loan officer must complete the pre-closing survey and submit it to Oakland Housing for confirmation of AGAP funding availability and reservation of AGAP funding prior to closing.

Upon receipt of a fully complete Pre-Closing Survey with attachments, Oakland Housing will review for completion and will issue a Funds Availability Confirmation to the originator to confirm the reservation of the AGAP Funding.
